Our Departmental Improvement Consultation begins with a FREE Financial Statement Analysis and FREE Consultation , but concentrates that analysis on the particular department chosen by the client.
 
Once the Principal or dealership decision-maker considers CDLN's recommendations for target areas and a course of action is decided, Car Dealer Life works with management via Live Interactive Online Meetings to identify the key players necessary for change.
 
CDLN will establish a Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) of employees within your dealership having a vested interest in designing a complete and implementable plan for management's consideration. The CIT team will meet with CDLN staff online once per week, usually over lunch hour, to develop this plan. Management always has the right of veto power over the plan before it is ever launched. Follow up meetings and further financial monitoring is provided by CDLN to ensure the plan is meeting the targets initially agreed upon.
